Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 24 January 2014, 13 March 2014, 18 March 2014 and 2 April 2014 in relation to, inter alia, the Proposed Rights Issue (“Earlier Announcements”) and the circular dated 11 April 2014 (“Circular”) in relation to the Proposals. Unless otherwise stated, defined terms in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the Earlier Announcements and Circular.

On behalf of the Board of YHB, AmInvestment Bank Berhad (“AmInvestment Bank”) wishes to announce that the Issue Price has been fixed at RM2.20 per Rights Share and that the entitlement basis for the Proposed Rights Issue is one (1) Rights Share for every one (1) existing YHB Share held by the Entitled Shareholders.
