The Company shall make the necessary announcement to Bursa Securities in due course. Notwithstanding that, the Group will continue to improve the performance of its subsidiary, PM Securities Sdn Bhd, with a view to enhancing the Group’s overall financial position. The Company has approximately five (5) months to submit its Regularisation Plan to the relevant authorities for approval. This announcement is dated 2 September 2013. | |
