We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 14 September 2012, 25 September 2012, 18 October 2012, 30 October 2012, 26 November 2012, 30 November 2012, 23 April 2013, 3 June 2013, 14 June 2013, 11 July 2013, 12 August 2013 and 29 August 2013 in relation to the SCR. On behalf of the Board of Directors of TCB, we, Public Investment Bank Berhad wish to announce that the capital repayment pursuant to the SCR has been made to the entitled shareholders of TCB on 5 September 2013 via: (i) eCash Payment; and (ii) issue of cheques to those who have not registered for eCash Payment by ordinary mail. In view of the above, the SCR has been completed on 5 September 2013. As such, TCB is now owned by Perspective Lane (M) Sdn Bhd, Kelana Ventures Sdn Bhd and Seaport Terminal (Johore) Sdn Bhd (collectively referred to as the “Major Shareholders”). Further thereto, TCB will make an application to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) to delist the Company and withdraw its listing status from the Official List of Bursa Securities as the Major Shareholders do not intend to maintain the listing status of TCB on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.
