Star Publications (Malaysia) Berhad ("Star" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that Ocision Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of the Company had on 6 September 2013 incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary known as Carsifu Sdn Bhd (“Carsifu”) under the Companies Act, 1965. Carsifu has an authorised share capital of RM400,000.00 comprising 400,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each, of which two (2) ordinary shares are issued and fully paid-up. The intended principal activity of Carsifu is operation of online car portal website. The incorporation of Carsifu does not have any effect on the issued and paid-up share capital of Star and has no material effect on the earnings and net assets of Star Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2013. None of the directors and/or substantial shareholders of Star, or persons connected to such director and/or substantial shareholders has any interest, direct or indirect, in the said incorporation.
