We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 26 December 2012, 4 January 2013, 8 February 2013, 14 February 2013, 28 February 2013, 24 April 2013, 8 May 2013, 17 May 2013, 17 June 2013, 18 June 2013 and 19 June 2013 in relation to the SCR. On behalf of the Board of Directors of Sunchirin, Maybank Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the capital repayment pursuant to the SCR was made to the entitled shareholders of Sunchirin on 12 July 2013 via: (i) eCash Payment; and (ii) the issue of cheques to those who have not registered for the eCash Payment by ordinary mail. In view of the above, the SCR has been completed on 12 July 2013. As such, Sunchirin is now entirely owned by Nichirin Co., Ltd., Sunrise Industry Co., Ltd., Sunrise Asia Management Pte. Ltd. and Masahito Hiraishi. This announcement is dated 12 July 2013.
