From 2007, she volunteered and moved laterally in the organisation to head the company’s human resource department in order to help develop the company’s even flow of young talents to support the company’s fast growing needs. In mid 2009 she stepped down from active executive functions with the company in order to pay more attention to her fast growing children’s educational needs.
