Guangzhou Autodome was incorporated as a limited liability company with a registered capital of USD300,000.00. It will be principally involved in the management of food and beverage business. The incorporation of Guangzhou Autodome is not expected to have any material effect on the earnings, net assets and gearing of the YTL Corp group for the current financial year. None of the Directors or major shareholders of the Company or persons connected with them has any interest, direct or indirect in the said incorporation. | |
