Further to the announcements dated 1 December 2010 and 26 January 2011, PETRONAS Gas Berhad (“PGB”) would like to inform that the LNG Regasification facilities within the vicinity of Sungai Udang Port, Melaka, is expected to be commissioned by the second quarter of financial year 2013. There is no material effect on PGB’s earnings and net assets for financial year ending 31 December 2012 arising from the later commencement of operations at the aforesaid LNG Regasification Terminal. The earlier expected positive impact from the LNG Regasification Terminal business will only be reflected in the PGB Group's earnings in the next financial year ending 31 December 2013 due to delay in project completion. | |
