Advances of RM3.606 million to the outstanding amount due to Golsta Synergy
Berhad by Melian Rubber Industries Limited ("MRI") and Yangpu Fushen Rubber Industrial
Co. Ltd. ("YFR") of RM2.225 million and RM5.294 million.

not expected to be recovered.
