CHHB, the sole shareholder of KPSB, also approved the appointment of Mr Chan Mun Wah and Ms Choo Mun Lai as Joint Liquidators of KPSB.

KPSB, which is currently dormant, was principally engaged in the business of property development.

The voluntary winding up of KPSB will not have a material effect on the earnings and net assets of CHHB Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2012.

None of the Directors or substantial shareholders of CHHB or persons connected to them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the voluntary winding up.
