Further to the Company’s earlier announcement on 30 August 2012 on the unaudited quarterly financial results for the fourth quarter ended 30 June 2012 (“Unaudited 4th Quarterly Results”) and the announcement on 29th October 2012 on the fair value �review on investment properties in compliance with FRS 140, BCB wishes to announce that subsequent to the recent completion of the audit by the external auditors, the reclassification of �RM1.791 million �fair value gain arising from the investment properties from the other comprehensive income to other income in the consolidated financial statements has resulted in the Company registering a profit after tax of RM7,732,966 in the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 30 June 2012 as compared with RM5,942,204 previously announced in the Unaudited 4th Quarterly Results. Thus, resulting in a deviation of 30% in the profit after tax. However, the Company wishes to highlight that there is no deviation in the audited Total Comprehensive Income as compared to the unaudited Total Comprehensive Income. �The reconciliation is detailed as below:
