This will supersede the announcment made on 17 October 2012. Further to the announcements made on 31 July 2012,10 August 2012, 29 August 2012 and 26 September 2012, the Board of Directors wishes to announce that UHY Advisory (KL) Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 902893-T) has been appointed to conduct the investigative audit on the financial affairs of Patimas. The investigation process will take approximately 2 months period. Please also be informed that the former Chairman had made a police report in respect of unresolved significant accounting and audit findings and queries raised by Messrs Ernst & Young. | |
