(“GJMC”) incorporated in the People’s Republic of China (“PRC”), which is held through�IFCA (Guangzhou) Technology Co., Ltd (“IFCA GZ”),�had been voluntarily deregistered on 15 June 2012 from the State Administration of Industry and Commerce of China.� The voluntary deregistration of GJMC is part of IFCA Group's rationalization and streamlining exercise and will not have a material effect on the earnings or net assets of the IFCA Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2012. None of the directors or substantial shareholders of IFCA or persons connected to them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the said voluntary deregistration.
