We wish to announce that on 15 October 2012, FGB was informed by Messrs Lutfi & Co., the solicitors for Faber LLC, a subsidiary company of FGB that the Court of First Instance, Al Dhafra Court in Abu Dhabi Emirate had notified the Department of Municipal Affairs, Western Region Municipality, Emirate of Abu Dhabi that the attachment has been lifted.
