It will not have significant operational impact. If the said properties are auctioned, it will reduce the borrowings which
will reduce the interest payable. The Company can make other arrangements to accommodate its workers.
3. To quantify the total liability and to indicate for which financial year the liability was captured.
The Statement of Claim is for RM2.02 million. The liability is already in the accounts since the financial year ended
31 March 2010.

plan to restructure its existing borrowings so as to improve the cash position and profitability of the Group.
