Description: With reference to the queries raised in Bursa Securities' letter dated 30 March 2012, we append our replies as below, the terms and numbering of which is consistent with the ones used in the letter.
1) Taking into consideration the current developer's asking price of THB5.9 million per rai and also the current price of land in the industrial estate and the neighbourhood, construction cost and the condition of the company's old premises and the prevailing market condition and demand for similar property, the sale consideration of Thai Baht 100 million is deemed to be fair.
2) The proceeds will be used for the Sunchirin Thailand's operations more specifically to meet the rising demands from its customers. Sunchirin Thailand has also earmarked Thai Baht 90 million for purchase of machineries and Thai Baht 10 million for factory and IT equipment.
