Contents: We refer to the Company's announcements dated 1 June 2010 and 11 March 2010.
On behalf of the Company, AmInvestment Bank Berhad (a member of AmInvestment Bank Group) wishes to announce that the Company had on 2 June 2010 received a letter from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") stating that Bursa Securities notes that the Company has failed to comply with the extended timeframe granted until 31 May 2010 to submit a regularisation plan. However, as the Company has submitted an application for a further extension of time, Bursa Securities will treat the application as an appeal against its decision to delist and will table the application to the Appeals Committee for decision. Pending such decision, the de-listing of the securities of Mems will be deferred.
