Reference is made to the article entitled ‘PRG’s diversified strategy’ which was reported in the StarBizWeek on 18 April 2015. The Board of Directors wishes to clarify that the quoted statement “A projected net profit of RM60mil for PRG is expected from it should the company sell 100% of the project” is based on the feasibility studies of such project equivalent to the size of Picasso Residence (which the PRG Group owns 60% interest) and the assumptions that the Company is able to sell 100% of the project subject inter-alia to market conditions. The Company also wishes to highlight that the development of this project will take approximately 4 years to complete, whereby the contribution will normally be spread over the development period. The Company wishes to inform that the basis and assumptions in deriving the budgeted revenue and net profit are based on management’s internal planning and guidance and have not been reviewed by the external auditors. This announcement is dated 21 April 2015.
