During his years of service with the Group, he held various positions in the Group and his last position was Planning and Development Manager before promoting as Group Chief Operating Officer. He does not hold any shares in the Company or its subsidiaries, has no family relationship with any other Director and/or substantial shareholder of the Company, no conflict of interest with the Company and has had no conviction for any offences within the past ten (10) years other than traffic offences, if any.
