The voluntary winding up of MHD has no effect on the earnings per share and net tangible assets per share of the MHB Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2015. None of the Directors, Major Shareholders or persons connected with the Directors or Major Shareholders have any interest, direct or indirect in the winding up and the Directors of MHB are of the opinion that the winding up is in the best interest of the MHB Group.
