Query Letter Contents We refer to the Company's announcement dated 12 March 2015, in respect of the
aforesaid matter.

In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa
Securities") with the following additional information for public release:-

1. The relevant financial year where the sales contribution of the Mark
represents approximately 20% of the Company's total turnover.
2. Further elaboration on the tax incentive available of owning the Mark as
compared to being the licensee of the Mark and the difference thereof.
3. To provide better clarification or to quantify the basis and justification
in arriving at USD1.25 million.
4. Salient terms of the licensing agreement.
5. Sales and profit contribution of the Marks against the total sales and
profit of the Group for the past 5 years.
6. To provide further elaboration with regard to the statements which states
"The Marks is gaining popularity in the region and is expected to continue to
contribute positively in the medium and long term of the Company's progress".
7. Other than Marks, please state also what are the products and its brandname
that LEESK is currently producing together with the turnover and profit
contribution from each of these products.
8. Please elaborate further on how would the Proposed Acquisition enhance
the earnings of LEESK Group.
