Further to the announcements made on 12 January 2015, 14 January 2015 and 19 January 2015 in relation to the Offer, the Board of Directors of Masterskill Education Group Berhad (“MEGB” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that the Company has on 4 February 2015 received the attached Press Notice from CIMB Investment Bank Berhad on behalf of the Offeror informing that the offer document dated 4 February 2015 which sets out the details of the Offer together with the Form of Acceptance and Transfer (collectively, the “Offer Document”) have been despatched to the shareholders of MEGB today, 4 February 2015. This announcement is dated 4 February 2015.

| Further to the announcement made on 30 May 2012, the Board of Directors of Masterskill Education Group Berhad (“MEGB” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that the former proposed name “MEGB Metropolitan Berhad” is aborted and the Company is proposing to change its name from Masterskill Education Group Berhad to “ASIAMET Education Group Berhad” ("Proposed Change of Name"). The name “ASIAMET Education Group Berhad” had been approved and reserved by the Companies Commission of Malaysia ("CCM") for the Company. The Proposed Change of Name is subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company which will be tabled as Special Resolution at an Extraordinary General Meeting to be convened. The Proposed Change of Name, if approved by the shareholders of the Company, will be effective from the date of issuance of the Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name of Company (Form 13) to be issued by the CCM in due course. |
