Reference is made to our previous announcements dated 10 December 2014, 27 August 2014 and 23 May 2014 accordingly in which Perangsang Selangor duly announced that Konsortium ABASS Sdn. Bhd. (“ABASS”) and Kumpulan Darul Ehsan Berhad (“KDEB”) had entered into an agreement in respect of the grant of the right to ABASS for the abstraction of raw water (the “Agreement”). Perangsang Selangor holds 90.83% in Titisan Modal (M) Sdn. Bhd which in turn holds 100% in ABASS. The Agreement provides that KDEB may, at its own discretion, grants renewals for further periods of three (3) months each. In this connection, Perangsang Selangor wishes to announce that ABASS had today received a formal notification from KDEB informing that KDEB had agreed to renew the term of the Agreement for a further period of three (3) months commencing from 1 March 2015 to 31 May 2015 upon the expiry of the previous renewal on 28 February 2015. All of the other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain valid and applicable for the renewed period stated hereunder. Perangsang Selangor will make the necessary announcement on further development of this matter in due course. This announcement is dated 6 February 2015. | |
