IGB had at its 50^th Annual General Meeting held on 28 May 2014 (“Approval Date”) obtained a general mandate for IGB Group to enter into RRPTs.

Pursuant to paragraph 10.09(2)(e) of the MMLR, IGB hereby announce the RRPT set out in Table hereunder, the Actual Value transacted since the Approval Date up to the date of this announcement has exceeded 10% of the Estimated Value as disclosed in IGB’s Circular to Shareholders dated 30 April 2014 (“RRPT Circular”).
