The Board of Prolexus is pleased to recommend a First and Final Single Tier Dividend of 3.5 sen per ordinary share of RM0.50 each for the financial year ended 31 July 2014, which is higher than the rate of dividend declared for the corresponding period in the financial year ended 31 July 2013. The proposed dividend is attributed to the encouraging performance of the Group for the financial year ended 31 July 2014.
