The Company wishes to inform that it is not the Developer of the Teratai Apartments in Taman Bunga Raya, Bukit Beruntung which were deemed to be unsafe for habitation due to soil erosion. The Company and/or its subsidiaries have never build any apartments in Taman Bunga Raya and is not related in any way and has no connections whatsoever to the Taman Bunga Raya project. This announcement is dated 21 October 2014
