Berhad (“the Company”) wishes to announce that the Company had received a
notice from a substantial shareholder of the Company of the intention to nominate Moore Stephens Associates
PLT as the new Auditors of the Company
for the financial year ending 31 December 2014 in place of the retiring
Auditors, Kreston John & Gan at the forthcoming 13th Annual General Meeting of
the Company. The proposed change of auditors is subject to and conditional upon approval being obtained from the Company’s shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
