We refer to the announcement dated 26 March 2014. On behalf of the Board of Directors of Symphony, CIMB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that in view of the on-going negotiations and due diligence, Symphony and Ranhill Energy have, on 26 May 2014, mutually agreed to extend the exclusivity period of the heads of agreement entered into between Symphony and Ranhill Energy on 26 March 2014 for the Proposed Reverse Take-Over to 30 June 2014.
