has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary namely, Edaran Resources Pte. Ltd. (“ERPL”)

was successfully registered with Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority,
Singapore on April 1, 2014. As at the date of this announcement, ERPL has an
issued and paid up capital of SGD100.00 divided into 100 Shares.
ERPL’s
intended business activities are as follows:-
To
carry out research and experimental development on engineering. To
carry out business and management consultancy services including procurement
and distribution activities.
Rationale The
rationale for the Investment is to give opportunities to LNG Group to expand its
existing business activities to increase its revenue in the future.
Financial
Effects
There
will not be any material effect arising from the Investment on the net tangible
assets, earnings per share, share capital and substantial shareholding of LNG
Group for the financial year ending December 31, 2014.
Approvals
Required
The
Investment is not subject to the approval of the shareholders of LNG, or any
regulatory authorities in Malaysia.
