The Board of Directors of Hock Seng Lee Berhad (HSL) wishes to announce that the present authority for Share Buy-Back and Shareholder Mandate for recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature granted by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on 22 May 2013 expires at the conclusion of the forthcoming Thirty-third Annual General Meeting. The Company proposed to seek shareholder's approval for the following, at the forthcoming Thirty-third Annual General Meeting of the Company:- i) Proposed renewal of the authority for Share Buy-Back of up to ten percent (10%) of the issued and paid up capital of the Company; and ii) Proposed renewal of Shareholder Mandate for the Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a revenue or trading nature.
