The Company wishes to inform that both parties are still in negotiations to conclude and finalise the Definitive Agreement(s) and have agreed to extend the period of validity of the MoU for an additional duration of six (6) months from the expiry date. The extended duration shall come into effect on 4 December 2013 and be effective until 3 June 2014 or such other date as the Parties may agree in writing.
