With reference to the Company's announcements dated 4 December 2012, 5 December 2012, 27 February 2013 and 30 March 2013, the Board of Directors of KTB wishes to announce that pursuant to the execution of the Deed of Settlement between Bank Kerjasama Rakyat Malaysia Berhad ("Bank Rakyat") and the Company on 27 February 2013, the Company has fully settled all the sum claimed by Bank Rakyat against the Company, via the agreed monthly installment payments under the said Deed of Settlement and therefore, the Company has fully remedied the event of default under PN 1 of the Main Market Listing Requirement of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. This announcement is dated 2 December 2013. | |
