Henceforth, the present action will be transferred to Johor Bahru High Court for trial and all proceedings in Kuala Lumpur High Court (being the case management on 11 November 2013 and trial on 27, 28 & 29 November 2013) are vacated. The Court will notify the next date for case management before a new judge in Johor Bahru High Court.
