Bhd. pursuant to Section 6A of the Companies Act, 1965 and Section 134 of the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2007 and shares held directly by his wife, Lim Im Hiang. The total deemed interest of Kerk Kar Han is as follows:- a. Registered in the name of HSB Group Sdn. Bhd. - 61,200,000 shares; b. Registered in the name of Lim Im Hiang - 36,000 shares.
