In December 2005, Mr Nishimura was made the Manager to Human Resources Strategy Promotion Team, Human Resources Development Office, H.Q. of MEI. He was then promoted to the position of General Manager of the Human Resources Group, Panasonic Automotive Systems Company, MEI, in July 2008. With his strong involvement in the human resource matters within the Panasonic Corporation Group, he was promoted to the position of Director in April 2012, taking charge of the Human Resource & General Affairs Center, Appliances Company of Panasonic Corporation. He held this position until his appointment to Panasonic Manufacturing Malaysia Berhad. |
