KHSB was being informed by the solicitor acting for SAP and TPGR that the Court had vacated the date which was fixed for Decision/Clarification on 9 September 2013 as the Learned Judge is still on medical leave. This matter is now fixed for Decision/Clarification on 9 January 2014. Perangsang Selangor will make the necessary announcement on further development on this matter in due course.
