We refer to our announcement dated 23 April 2013 in respect of the proposed disposal by Privanet Sdn.
Bhd. (“PRIVANET”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of PRIVA, of 1,000,000 ordinary
shares of RM1.00 each, representing 100% of the entire issued and paid-up share
capital of Spring
Reach Distribution Sdn. Bhd. ("SPRING REACH"). For consistency, the
abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement are the same as
those previously defined in the announcement dated 23 April 2013. The Board of Directors of PRIVA is pleased to announce that the acquisition of 700,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in SPRING REACH ("SPRING REACH Shares"), representing 70% of the entire issued and paid up capital of SPRING REACH from PRIVANET, has been completed on 18 July 2013. Accordingly, PRIVA is holding 70% of SPRING REACH Shares while PRIVANET is holding 30% of SPRING REACH Shares. This announcement is dated 18 July 2013. | |
