The Board of Directors of BGB wishes to announce that pursuant to a judgement obtained by MJSB against BGB dated 27 March 2013, a Writ Seizure and Sale was served against BGB on the office equipment, furniture and fittings of the Company located at Wisma Goodyear, No. 10 and 11 floors, Blok B, Kelana Centre Point, 3, Jalan SS7/19, Kelana Jaya, 47301 Petaling Jaya, Selangor. The Writ which was obtained on an ex-parte basis, has not been previously notified to the Company. The Directors of the Company are of the opinion that the above is not expected to have any material financial or operational impact as the assets are not significant. The Company may be contesting the Writ as a stay of the judgement had previously been applied for, and yet to be heard. In spite of this, an ex-parte application of the Writ was applied for by MJSB. Further, the judgement sum will be restructured pursuant to the regularisation plan being formulated for the Group, which has been approved by the requisite majority of the Scheme Creditors at a court convened meeting. YSP International and YSP SEA Investment were incorporated in British Virgin Islands. In respect of the above, the Company wishes to announce that YSP International is now the direct major shareholder of YSPSAH instead of via YSP SEA Investment. The direct equity interest of YSP International in YSPSAH remains the same at 39.36% (52,365,605 shares). The ultimate major shareholder of YSPSAH remains unchanged as Yung Shin Global Holding Corporation (incorporated in Taiwan) via its 100% owned Yung Shin Pharmaceutical Industries Co. Ltd. (incorporated in Taiwan) which owns 100% YSP International. YSP International will make the necessary arrangement with Bursa Depository to resume and register their direct shareholdings in YSPSAH.
