(Company No.: 453119-W) (“Inticraft”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of DEGEM, had entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement (“SPA”) for the acquisition of one block of three (3) storeys apartment with 8 units and car park at ground floor (“the Property”) for a total cash consideration of RM5,400,000/- (“Purchase Price”) subject to the terms and conditions of the SPA.
