Further to our earlier announcements, HLCB writes to inform that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) had vide its letter dated 31 May 2013 granted the Company an extension of time of 6 months until 28 August 2013 to comply with the public shareholding spread requirement pursuant to paragraph 8.02(1) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities. Based on the Company’s Record of Depositors as at 30 April 2013, the Company’s public shareholding spread was 10.02%. The Company currently does not have any plan to address the non-compliance with the public shareholding spread requirement. This announcement is dated 31 May 2013. | |
