We refer to the announcements dated 12 March 2012, 11 June 2012, 20 June 2012, 26 July 2012, 31 July 2012 and 11 March 2013 in respect of the Proposals ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the said Announcements shall apply herein. On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that the Company has on 11 March 2013 entered into an addendum with DAT in relation to the Proposed Acquisition, mainly to add/vary certain terms in the SSA to facilitate the implementation of the Proposals, and to extend the Conditional Period of the SSA ("Addendum").
