We refer to the Company's announcements on 31 January 2013, 21 December 2012, 22 November 2012 and 13 September 2012 respectively in relation to the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between I-City Properties Sdn Bhd (ICP), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company and Central Pattana Public Company Limited (CPN) of Thailand for the purpose of working towards forming a joint venture through a Special Purpose Vehicle to undertake the proposed development of a retail mall at i-City, an integrated mixed development with MSC Malaysia Cybercentre Status located at Section 7, Shah Alam, Selangor Darul Ehsan. ICP and CPN shall hereinafter be jointly referred to as "the Parties". The Company wishes to announce that ICP has today signed a Supplemental Agreement to the MOU in which the Parties have mutually agreed to extend the MOU to 15 May 2013. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain unchanged. This announcement is dated 11 March 2013.
