The total cost of investment in PTTON was RM389,640.00. The commencement of the winding up of PTTON will not have any material effect on the financial position of the Group as PTTON is not a major subsidiary of the Group. The expected losses and closure costs arising from the winding up proceedings is estimated at approximately RM3 million. This announcement is dated 26 February 2013. | |
