The Company wishes to announce that the following dormant subsidiaries of the Company, have been struck-off from the register of the Companies Commission of Malaysia pursuant to Section 308(4) of the Companies Act, 1965 with effect from 19 June 2012:-
i. KUB Drilling Sdn Bhd (Company No. 127313-A), held through KUB Ekuiti Sdn Bhd,
the Company's wholly owned subsidiary.
ii. KUB-Tis Controls Sdn Bhd (Company No. 234673-H), held through KUB Ekuiti Sdn Bhd,
the Company's wholly owned subsidiary.
iii. KUB Ibuzawa Sdn Bhd (Company No. 804256-K), 60% held by the Company and 40% held by
KUB Builders Sdn Bhd, the Company's wholly owned subsidiary.

The striking-off of the above companies is part of the Company's rationalization and streamlining exercise and has no material effect to the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2012.
