The Proposed Dividend is subject to the shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting and has not been included as a liability in the financial statements. Such dividend, if approved by the Shareholders, will be accounted for in equity as an appropriation of retained profits for the financial year ending 31 December 2013.
