Please be informed that the Board of Directors of the Company has on February 27, 2013, proposed a Final Single Tier Dividend of 4 sen per share for the year ended December 31, 2012 to be approved by its shareholders at the forthcoming Sixteenth Annual General Meeting of the Company. The variation in dividend between the current and previous financial year was due to lower profit generated for the year ended December 31, 2012. However, the entitlement date and date of payment of the dividend have yet to be finalized at the moment. A further announcement will be made at a later date upon finalization of the entitlement date and date of payment of the above. This announcement is dated February 27, 2013. | |
