The Board of Tambun Indah is pleased to declare a final dividend of 3.3 sen per ordinary share of RM0.50 each for the financial year ended 31 December 2012 subject to shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. During the financial year ended 31 December 2012, the Board had declared an interim dividend of 2 sen and the total dividend declared for the financial year was 5.3 sen which is higher by 1.5 sen per ordinary share of RM0.50 each than previous financial year ended 31 December 2011. The dividend declared is in line with the dividend policy adopted by the Board i.e. 40% to 60% out of net profits of the Group for the financial year. This announcement is dated 21 February 2013. | |
