On behalf of Formis, AmInvestment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Company had on 21 February 2013 received the sealed court order granted on 20 February 2013 by the High Court of Malaya (“High Court”), confirming the Proposed Par Value Reduction (“High Court Confirmation”). The Order of the High Court will take effect when an office copy of such Order is lodged with the Registrar of Companies (also known as Companies Commission of Malaysia).
