The voluntary winding-up of AAW was initiated as AAW has ceased operation since April 2012 and has no intention to carry on business activities in the future. The voluntary winding-up of AAW is not expected to have any material financial and operational impact on MAHB and will not have any material effect on the earnings and net assets of MAHB Group.
