On behalf of the Board of Directors of Paramount, Hong Leong Investment Bank Berhad (formerly known as MIMB Investment Bank Berhad) wishes to announce that Paramount proposes to establish a long term incentive plan of up to 10% of the issued and paid-up share capital of Paramount (excluding treasury shares, if any) at any point in time during the duration of the Proposed LTIP for eligible employees and executive directors of the Paramount Group.
